The CDD makes it possible for our community to offer the most desirable elements of a master-planned community. The CDD is responsible for the maintenance of the community amenities listed below. Please contact the District Administration office for more information.

Amenity Hours: 8:00am – 8:00pm

  • Clubhouse
  • Meeting and Activity Room
  • Kitchen
  • Supervised Events and Activities for Children, Families and Adults
  • Children’s Playground
  • Tennis Courts
  • Basketball Court

The Northwood CDD amenities require an Access Card for entrance. To obtain an access card or an additional/replacement card, please complete the appropriate form below and return to your Northwood Community and Clubhouse Supervisor in the Clubhouse:

If you are interested in renting the Community Room, Park or Pool Area for one of your events, please complete the appropriate rental agreement below and return it with your check made payable to Northwood CDD to your Northwood Community and Clubhouse Supervisor in the Clubhouse:

Hours of operation and rules may change from time to time at the discretion of the Board of Supervisors.

Northwood CDD Management reserves the right to close or adjust these hours as needed for repairs, cleaning, or unforeseen safety reasons.
